Andre at A&A is the BEST chimney service and restoration in NY area. Bar none. He completely rebuilt our fireplace to make it wood-burning as well as widen and reline the flu thru to the roof and total rebuild of chimney on roof and steel line the heater flu. He did an amazing job on all - and our fireplace works beautifully with an excellent draw. (Even our contractor used him on his own home.) We have Andre back every year for inspection and he cleans the chimney only when it needs it. (Usually every other year.) Great service, great guy, great work. Don't think of calling anyone else. (He may be working mainly Brooklyn these days.)

I called A&A Chimney and Fireplace Company on Monday afternoon in need of a chimney cleaning. They said they could come the next morning at 9 am, which suited my schedule. They arrived early, but waited in their truck for the appointed hour. They did a thorough job, cleaned up after they were done and were extremely pleasant to deal with. The charge was exactly as quoted on the phone, and they accepted my personal check. I highly recommend them. I only wish all tradespeople were as good and reliable.

Andre quoted me a price for repairs to my chimney, which I accepted. He later lowered the original quote, stating that he was able to purchase the raw material at a lower price.
I admire his HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Kudos to Andre!
