My old water heater started leaking recently, so I decided to try/support local private businesses first. Called them (found a sticker with their phone on the heater's side), explained that I have a heater that they installed long time ago and asked for estimate price to install the new one. I expected that they will visit their local (5 min drive) customer for free estimate. I was wrong - the first words I heard were about $25 that I have to pay just for visit. What's wrong with you, guys? You do everything to redirect your potential local customers to Sears/Homedepot...
