Very rude people. Didn't show up and blamed it on us. Never using this company again.

Used them for my Bed Stuy brownstone. Splattered sewer juice all over my wall and if I hadn't brought them a towel, they'd have left the mess unattended.

Additionally, they knocked off and broke my meter. The entire 2 floor had no power until I hired an electrician to fix the problem. Talked to the owner. He told me that it's my fault because my meter was loose and refused to rectify the problem. Called my bank and after I sent in pictures of what had happened my bank refunded me. Rude, unproffesional and a nightmare to deal with.

From the moment serviceman Ty arrived he seemed very upset and bothered. He did not want to be there at all. Whilst guided into the basement his attitude got worse, and more nasty than a moment ago. I know small talk isn't part of the job description but I do like someone who is happy instead of when I ask a question you respond in such a condescending manner. It is very unfortunate that he saw it fit to be in plain English a jerk, only because he was not doing this for free. Granted the job got done, customer service is not just thrown away. Attitude is a major element and Ty's customer service was lacking greatly. Management here needs to be aware of whom they are sending out because Ty does not need to be going to other people's happy and peaceful homes with such unpleasant vibes.

Made an appointment much like a cable man basically a 3 to 4 hour up in the air wait. Nonetheless came and got the job done the employee was knowledgeable n great. Experience with these reviews may depend on one's own expectations. I expected not to get involved with the main sewage stool drain n I didn't need too!!
