I order 2003 Nissan Frontier OEM Alternator ($89.99), They sent 180000 miles used defect junk Alternator.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE MORE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! NOT ONLY DID IT TAKE THEM 2 WEEKS TO GET MY WINDOW TO ME ... THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ONE!!! I asked for a rear passenger window for a 4 door. They sent the drivers side door for a coupe!!!!! Then I had to pay to ship it back $30.30,,, and was refused credit for shipping... that was a week ago... still hasn't shown up on my card... tried to call... PH# no longer on the website... found it... called it... DISCONNECTED!!!! IF THERE WAS A LOWER RATING I'D USE IT... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... THIS COMPANY SUCKS BALLS!!!!!

It seems that this company has issues when it comes down to delivering satisfactions for customers. Do not believe their guarantee shipping time because it is obviously a lie. I ordered a part on a Monday, and it was promised to be deliver by Thursday latest since it was a 2-3 day shipping with UPS ground. My vehicle has been on the shop and Monday the following week I still didn't have the part. The customer service agent, which seems to be the same person at all times, guaranteed I would have the part by Friday when I called that Thursday complaitning about the issue. Obviously he was trying to get me off the phone somehow. He gave me a tracking number, however it wasn't even registered with UPS at that point yet, which means it had not been picked up. You're better off going with another supplier if you're needing a part right away, which we all do!
