Company came out to clean my chimney and found it dirty and cracked. Luis showed me himself and explained everything to me suggesting i get the stain less steel liner put on. I discussed with my husband and brother, who is a professional firefighter and emt, and both said to get it done. Both Luis and his partner were professional, timely and their work was done well. The price surprised me especially since my brother got his done for $800 less a year ago but they were here and we needed it so we got it done. I recieved a call from the office about 30 mins later asking about the service. They were a bit pushy about scheduling a cleaning of the chimney already stating their bookings fill up quickly. Overall, the crew I had do my work were great.

I need a new roof on the front of my home. They scheduled my appointment for the next day at 8 am. They were there promptly. The employees were pleasant and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and the clean-up was done acceptably.

A-1 came out to install a chimney cap that had flown off my home because a previous chimney cleaning company neglected to secure the cap after cleaning. A-1 Affordable kept me informed of their scheduling, called before they arrived, and did the job 100%. Will use them again and again.

A1 exceeded my expectations. they repaired a retaining wall for much less money than other quotes. Nevertheless, the quality of their work was exceptional and was guaranteed. when after a few years the wall showed some cracks, they repaired the entire structure, exactly as they committed in the contract. they are polite, honest, get the job done and very dependable. I highly recommend them
