Extremely dissatisfied with the service. I sent my black jacket in to be dry-cleaned on Monday and they said it to pick it up on Wednesday. I highlighted several areas to be cleaned, and they said they would do it. I picked it up today and none of the areas that I asked to be cleaned were cleaned at all. The woman said she could re-do it but would not have it until Saturday and if I wanted it back today with the stains, I would need to pay for it. My question is - if they were going to 're-do' it, why not just do it in the first place? These were not drink/grease stains, it would be very easy to get out. I am really glad I paid $5.50 to have my jacket sit in the 'dry-cleaners' for two days, just to pick it up with the same problem. Needless to say, I am never going back there again and I suggest other people to not go there as well.
