Had brunch this past Sunday at 9A, it was my first time ever. I heard great things about it; so I was really excited. When my guest and I arrived we were unsure which door to enter through. Once inside the restaurant which was poorly lit, we were greeted and seated by the hostess. Lots of empty tables but yet and still our options were limited. When my guest and I ask to be seated elsewhere, we were told all of the rest of the tables were reserved….WELL Okay then! The waitress came over to introduce herself to me and my guest which was fairly common in most restaurants. We began to review the menu which I decided on Three eggs up, which has home fries, bacon and three eggs any style. I choose scramble with cheese. This order also came along with toast. I chose not to have and alcoholic beverage because I was meeting another friend later for drinks and did not want to spoil it so I had a coke with lemon. My guest had the grits with shrimp which he seem to enjoy. Upon receiving my food which was hot, this is a plus in my book. My toast was burnt, I had to ask for ketchup salt and pepper….what the hell! A lot of other things went wrong on this visit but I just can’t 9A ……….this was a total 9F!
