Awful management. Awful leasing agents. Elevators broken for over a year. Sauna doesn't exist. Rooftop has been closed for over 2 years. Gym equipment always broken. 25% raise on rent after 1 year. Heater sucks. Bad pool table with broken cues. Facade under construction for over 2 years. Construction workers on the windows almost every day.
So many issues and management has no interest in fixing anything, nor talking to you about it. Do not live here.

It as been one year and no terrace access as well as only one working elevator for months (Waiting for a part supposedly) The move out process is beyond bad. For a so called luxury building I would go with a different management company that responds to emails and phone calls.

Awful building. Leasing agents are terrible. Management is terrible. Apartments are not particularly nice. Two of our rooms had no windows. Bug infestations. They raised our rent after living here for two years by over 25% for no reason. The only positive with this building is the location and Lance who works at the front desk. Not worth it.

Horrible management. No rooftop access for over a year. Elevator is occasionally down without warning. One of the two high rise elevators has been broken for over two weeks and there has been no signs of trying to fix it, or letting the tenants know when they expect it to be functional. Gym equipment are also frequently broken and they take months to fix them. Breakfasts are provided only once a week. Please don't waste your money on infrastructure and amenities that are mediocre and don't work. I wish I can give them ZERO stars.

I lived at 90 Washington street for a year, and my experience there was positive. Gym is nice, doormen are helpful, but unfortunately the move out process has left a horrible taste in my mouth. First off, they raised our rent 12% to an absolutely outrageous number. Second, do not expect your security deposit to come in a timely manner--if at all. It has been 3 months since I moved out, and nobody has any answers as to when I will receive this check. "The bank has delayed the payout of these deposits", "Tons of people have been calling with this issue." I feel for the girl answering the phones as she has only been there for 2 weeks, but SOMEBODY has to be of some help when were talking about such large sums of money. I would look elsewhere.
