Terrible lady on the phone always. she is so rude that their food begins to taste like her bad attitude. I wont use them again. I am calling the next company now. Rubbish service, bad food!!!!! They put very few meat and plenty vegetables.

I can only speak about the bar, but the bar at the Russian Tea Room was a great treat while waiting for an event at Carnegie Hall. The Moscow Mules were spicy and enticing on a humid day, a plate of house pickles went well with a house-prepared dill vodka. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and generous. I will definitely return to try out the full menu.
