The store marked phone card at the intersection of Newark Avenue and JFK Blvd that sells phones, has an internet cafe and advertises laptop repairs is a fraud. Run by a bunch of crooks, they don't charge advertised rates for internet use and printing. The pricing is arbitrary - 5 dollars, 10 dollars whatever comes to their mind.
