- Terrible #109549

Attempted to get 2 slurped while with my daughter. The machine malfunctioned twice while I was filling my cup. The manager, older scruffy man, came over and reprimanded me for not doing it right! Seriously? How about apologizing for the machine malfunctioning. Or show some respect to your customers.
Needless to say I will never set foot in the store again.
