Friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff; they are always asking how you are doing. In addition, I've found that they are always asking how the apartment is and how they can improve. I don't think you can find a much better place to call home in New York. The apartments themselves are in great condition as well which is definitely a bonus.

They make you feel at home and take care of requests immediately. The staff is very accommodating to those that need help due to any type of ailment.
