I have worn glasses since I was 12 years old and had forgotten what it was like to wake up and be able to see my clock across the room. I was a little nervous about the surgery but Dr. Cohen was so informative and was able to put me at ease. A month after my LASIK, I have 20/20 vision and am so happy with my decision to get LASIK and to have chosen Dr. Cohen as my doctor.

Excellent communication set this place apart from other places. Dr. Cohen made the effort to ensure that all of my questions were answered before my surgery. I went in with confidence that I would be well taken care of just in case anything went wrong. I trust Dr. Cohen to take care of my vision and in the event of an unforeseen complication, I would not hesitate to return.

Dr. Cohen and Dr. Morar are very profressional. The experience was excellent and my outcome was unbelieveable. I would recommend 5th Avenue Eye Center to friends and family without hesitation.

After spending plenty of time researching the right doctor for my lasik surgery, It definitely pay off. Doctor Cohen is the right person for my surgery. All of my questions were answer and surgery was safe and fast. Now I can see further then 20/20, I see 20/15. Staff is friendly and overall had a great experience since day 1. Definitely recommend him
