This is my first apt so I can't compare it to anything else but it more than does the job. A maintenance request was promptly dealt with, the common areas are kept very clean, the gym is convenient and the concierge are very helpful. Besides that the ferry is a few minute walk, and there's an A&P, Starbucks and liquor store downstairs. What more could you possibly want?
