Shame on me for not avoiding this place after reading the other reviews. This place is a SHADY used car dealership that should be investigated by the Attorney General's office due to their unethical business practices - there is ZERO truth in their advertising. Their website advertised one price however if I wanted to pay cash in lieu of financing it would be an additional $9000. Something about bank incentives. There's not such thing!
I figured I would just finance and pay the car off next month but then I was told the advertised price was after a 30% down payment - approx $5400 more. I asked why their website didn't specify that. I was told it did yet the salesman could not point out where.
Stay away! The icing on the cake is that the "manager" got into a massive fight that involved cursing and almost got physical with someone who had just purchased a car from them. I'm sure this place did something shady!

I called ahead to verify that the car was available and the price was as posted online. Brittany verified both over the phone. Said that the only additional costs would be tax and tags.
I drove 3 hours to see this car that was listed for $10,000. Went to test drive and the front tires were flat. Carlos put air in the tires and drove it around the block. We noticed the front grill was busted. Popped the hood. The battery was not secured. And had had ball joints. The drivers door handle had the key hole missing. Looked like someone tried to steal the car.
After considering need repairs. Offered cash for car. Carlos told us that if we were paying cash there was an additional $6,000 added to the cost of the car.
Carlos took our offer of the full asking price to his boss and it was denied.
In an attempt to avoid the $6,000 cash penalty I tried to partially finance and put $8,000 down on this $10,000 car. It came back with a 24% interest rate and a $4,000 bank "fee".
Absurd. Now we are basically back to paying $16,000 for a car that was listed for $10,000.
No where on the website does it talk about these mysterious bank fees or penalties for paying cash.
Never again.

Thought I wouldn't have been able to finance a car with the credit that I hoped, but I did not only that but was able to get a good deal. Fantastic customer service. Overall experience was great. Will be doing business again

I'm convinced that every 5 star review here is a fake. Notice how every review is either 5 stars or 1 star? Yea ...
First of all, don't trust their online prices. There is a 35% dealer fee markup which must be financed. So a $10,000 car ... is really $13,500. If you're going to advertise the lowest prices, then do it honestly.
Second, cars that are advertised as in excellent condition ... really have scrapes and scratches everywhere. One car had a broken automatic window. Another even had glass missing from the dashboard clock.
