5 Star Laundromat

Once had drop off from this service. And today i call for pick up and drop off service, and was told the guy that is working today doesn't and will not pick up nor drop off in the project's!!! So my money is no good because i live in the project's??????

Depending on who you give your laundry to *i always like to give it to the tall oriental girl* ... the laundry is very clean and fresh. No lost items and prompt cheap service. Been using this service for a year now with no major problems and I would recommend. One draw back would be that not all of them speak English fluently but most can communicate ok with you if you need more freshener or if you have any basic instructions or questions.

NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!! They destroyed my clothing, lost my items and would not take responsibility for it. If I drop my laundry off to be serviced, they are responsible for what is lost. I could understand if I was doing my own laundry there and something was lost or stollen, then it wouldnt be their fault, but I left my property in their hands. On top of that, my laundry bag had a huge hole in it when I got it back but rather than inform me, they hid the bag at the bottom of another bag. I assume they don't fully rinse the clothing either because my clothes still feel soapy. I'm missing a ton of socks and a shirt, my whites were bleached to the point of destruction, and to top it off, none of the workers speak a drop of English so you can't even communicate with them. I've given them a few tries as well thinking they weren't really to blame but after 3 incidents in 2 months, I am done.

I suggest avoiding this place at all costs unless you like waisting money on clothing and laundry!!!!
