Really a good service and on time new cars thanks

I made a reservation at 10pm for my 6am flight. Needed them to come pick me up at 3:30am. They sent me an email confirmation and took my credit card information. I then get woken up at 11:30pm by the conpany telling me I will not have a cab the next day.

This review is based on the lovely conversation with the owner of this company, Alex.

Alex is clearly very proud of his business and strives to take care of his business. I did have some issues in regards to some of the customer service I experienced while dealing with this company, but Alex took the time to give me a call so that he could understand and amend the situation.

My mother had a very scary experience this weekend. Her flight from overseas into JFK had to turn back due to mechanical problems, the airline did not update the flight times appropriately and my whole family didn't sleep and worried while we waited for my mother. Mr. Alex Dalkilic from 5 Star Taxi and Limo consoled me and told me that he will make sure that my mother is picked up from the airport when she arrives and that she will get home safely. Mr. Dalkilic stayed awake all night while we waited to hear from my mother. She arrived in the middle of the night sometime after 2am - and Mr. Dalkilic made sure that she was promptly picked up and taken home safely even in the stormy weather this weekend.
Mr. Dalkilic cares about his customers and I saw that this weekend. My mother uses this company every time she travels, she has always told everyone about this company and I can see why. Mr. Dalkilic truly cares. Thank you.

I would like to thank your company for being able to get me to the airport on time. My other limo company did not follow through with the confirmation and left me stranded. You company at such a short notice came through for me with flying colors. Please thank your receptionist for doing such a wonderful job in location a driver to take me to La Guardia airport, and your driver who was wonderful in being here at the last minute. I truly want to thank you for such an incredible job done at the last minute.
