Instructors are knowledgable and have a genuine interest in their students progress! My boys have attended classes here for years and it has been a positive, learning experience. The students here and their families are all very nice! My boys have gained knowledge and confidence as well as build friendships while attending classes here.

My son and I have both been students of 5 Rings for several years. They care about the progress and skill building of each and every student. Not only are we getting fit, staying active, learning new techniques but have also gained a friendship. 5 Rings has become a second home.

My son has been a member of 5 Rings for several years. I have seen great improvement and definitely noticed that his confidence has improved. The instructors take great pride in their classes. They treat everyone like family. The facilities are very clean, the location is great and easy to get to. I would highly recommend!
