- Poor #161317

Used to love five napkin. Quality of the burger has diminished. Not seasoned well. Even with all the fancy toppings, it was still bland patty.

Overpriced for what it is. Rather wait 45 minutes for a shake shack double stack.

Service was not friendly either.
