Lisa and I had the best experience with Southern Dental as our family dental practice. Thank you for all that you have done for us!

I have been treated in the Narrows Medical Building for more than 10 years. I see my regular doctor, my oncologist and my OBGYN on a regular basis all in one place. About a year ago I underwent another radiation therapy. My oncologist, Dr Kaleila, recommended that I saw a regular dentist who had experience treating cancer patients and suggested Dr Mach.
Dr Mach is a wonderful wonderful dentist, very gentle and courteous. I see her every month now and am very happy.
During my 1 hour procedure, I felt very cold and couldn't even move. Dr Mach noticed I was shievering and let me keep an x-ray apron on. Her assistant put a second apron on in 5 min to make me comfortable. I felt that I was treated like a human being: with care, understanding and respect.
This is a first review I was asked to write in a very long time. I've agreed because I can highly recommend Dr Mach, Southern Dental and staff to everybody in the community.

I have been coming here for years and every time have a warm welcome from the dental team. I always used to dread the dentist office but this one is a pleasure, I never feel uncomfortable like I used to feel at other offices, the team is trustworthy, friendly and always reliable. Plus they give me a note for work...payed day off!

I recently brought my 3 year old daughter for her first dental visit. Everyone was very nice, the doc was pleasant, gentle and fast. My kid loved her first cleaning and still talks 'bout "mr.thirsty"
I see a few reviews here about bad billing, didn't have any probs, the girl upfront went over my bill and explained the copayment, but I knew that my insurance doesn't cover everything, it's a hastle w/ the insurance cause you think basic things should be covered and then you're still paying outta pocket...same with medical

Performed procedures that are not necessary, by insisting that they are. Wouldn't let me see the dentist without doing a necessary exam not covered by insurance.(After getting a second opinion, another dentist couldn't believe what I was told) Also, after getting the bill. It listed a variety of items that were not done. There are plenty of other dentists, avoid this office.
