47th Street Photo

I purchased the GoPro package from this company with the accessories. One of the accessories contained the sports wrist strap that holds the GoPro to your wrist. It was faulty as the GoPro came loose from the strap and we lost the GoPro while water skiing. 47th Street photo asked me to return the package (what was left) to them and and lead me to believe they would refund all of my purchase. They only refunded me the cost of the accessories returned. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS and did not have the courtesy to contact me to explain their decision.

I would strongly advise to purchase your photo products elsewhere.

Shopped the net for days. Best price by $50 on a Sigma wide angle lens. Order shipped and arrived on time. Great experience. Awesome lens. Used lens and dropped it on second shoot. No broken glass but would not work in camera. Called customer service and spoke with David. Returned lens and awaiting replacement. Best customer service experience ever!
