greatest landmark building on the upper west side with a great magnificent building staff keeps the building in tip top shape throughout the year and I proud to say that I'm part of this building since; June of 2006

- Excellent #30781

Landmark building built in 1880s as Memorial Cancer Hospital - the first to use radiation to treat cancer. Belief was that cancer is carried by germs, and that germs like to breed in wall corners - hence the round wards, now high end condos!
