Even before I moved in- I was given a deadline to sign my lease and get money in by 1 PM on the day the lease was due. Initially, the email after being approved said Wednesday, not specifying a time, but apparently Ivan Urgiles, leasing agent I have never heard from nor spoken to, sends me an email saying nothing but the following:
"The lease needs to be signed immediately and I will extend the payments due to 3 pm.
I have another applicant who wants this unit."
This is a disgusting way to conduct business. Do yourself a favor, and check in at Rockrose [which has better ameneties!] before applying to TF Cornerstone.
