440 Car Service

They say 3 minutes. I been waiting more than 30 minutes
forma car. I called them to aske if they will send a car or not and they didnt answer they put me on hold. Every that the lady from the recording audio says is a lie! worst service ever. this is not the first time that something like this happend to me with them! my fault to try to give them another chance

I call them sometimes for long distance travel n they say theyre coming and dont show up u would think they would want the money

This cab service use to be one of the best, but the last two times the experience has been horrible.

Experience 1: I have to be at work at 8:30am. It only takes 30mins to get from my house to my job. I called this cab service at 7am, knowing I would be early enough to have breakfast and relax before I start my 10 hour day. The young lady took my address and my number and told me the cab would be there in 20mins. I had to call over and over every time they would tell me am I sure I called for a cab and it would 5 to 7mins. They did apologize but I was livid. I was standing in the cold outside my building waiting on ta cab that never showed. Not only was I late for work I ended up taking another cab service.

Experience 2: I called this company again today, trying to give them another chance. Wrong MOVE! I called this company at 7:30am again the young lady takes my address and explains that the cab will be outside in 5mins, 15mins later no cab. I call them and explain that I have to get to work this morning and just tell me if the cab isn’t going to make It, they promise that the cab will be in front of my door in 5mins and to be outside, before I can answer they hung up on me. 10mins later no cab service, I called to see what’s going on they said they sent two cabs and I didn’t come out side. I exploded; the guy apologized and told me they will send another cab.
2mins later a cab pulls up and the driver explains to me that they gave him the wrong address. As the driver vents on how the dispatch doesn’t know what they are doing, another driver is calling me telling me that they are outside I say ok I’m in the cab thanks. 10mins later the same number calls to say that they are outside. I say I’m in the cab and halfway to work. He starts yelling at me and calls me an idiot. I wasn’t going to write a review I was just never going to use them again but since the driver thought it was so professional to call me and yell at me I had to!

Customer service SUCK! they let u waiting in the phone FOREVER and the worse they bullshit you whit the time all the time, im gone change car service

Prices quoted by dispatcher are not honored by the driver. Driver was also extremely rude and drove away without picking up my friend. When we called the dispatcher back they hung up on us, twice. The last few times I've suggested this service to friends, the driver has gone the wrong way and tried to overcharge. This used to be a decent company, but now it seems that they don't care one bit about their customers. Never calling again.

Edited June 2012 - I wrote the above review for Bushwick Car Service. It appears that Bushwick Car service is no longer listed on Google Maps and my review has migrated to 440 Car Service. To be perfectly clear: I've never had a problem with 440 Car Service. In fact I have only used 440 since abandoning Bushwick.
