I wrote an initial review which was scathing, because I thought my clothes had been stolen. The owner, however, was very prompt about resolving the situation. We determined with cameras that it was just a mixup. Still did not get my clothes back but appreciated the investigation. Common sense applies here: If doing laundry, do not leave clothes unattended.

This place has closed earlier than advertised on 3 separate occasions. The final occasion being tonight. They closed an hour early leaving me without bed linens and a blanket for the night. The staff locked the door early on the two earlier occasions and acted confused when I wanted to come in and grab my dried laundry.

Avoid this place or you may end up getting locked out in the middle of doing laundry.
