Literally the best experience that I have ever had at any hardware store and I have been in several times now at this point. This place manages to be a mom and pop style in the middle of mid-town. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and make you feel like their priority. I have had keys made, picked up random hardware supplies for home and even went in once because my sandal broke and I was looking for a temporary fix. The guys there located the correct glue and fixed it for me on the spot. Sincerely the nicest people, like family, I cannot say enough good things about them. A gem in NYC!
