I live 2 blocks from this store, so it is convenient. I have been shopping here for souvenirs for 9 months, spending approx $150.00 a month A bit pricey, but they always have what I am looking for. A very bright and large store. I bought my 6 year old nephew a ($30.00) NYC sweatshirt, (he lives in Canada) and gave it to him on my last trip 'home', only to find out it had a hole in both sleeves. It was poorly made. My nephew was upset. Needless to say I returned from my trip, and returned to the Tee Bar to find out I only had 7 days from the purchase date to exchange the sweatshirt (that was defective when they sold it to me). I was outside the exchange policy time frame - I had my receipt, and only wanted to exchange it. Tags still on the sweatshirt. There was no supervisor or manager on duty to escalate with. The staff was rude. The staff did not speak English very well. They could have cared less about my business. I realize NYC is a touristy city, but it shouldn't mean the staff doesn't give a damn about their customers or that they may return on future visits! I will not go back to the Tee Bar. I will stop referring friends to this store. I can spend my money elsewhere. This is the first time I have ever written a review. Shame on you Tee Bar.

Interesting place, it has all goodies that tourists are looking for but the prices are little bit high comparing to $1 Store on Mulberry Street in Chinatown.
