Obviously this is one of the best places to live as you are in the heart of NYC! The entire building is wonderful and super clean, with an attentive staff that are regularly friendly and helpful.

I have lived in several luxury rental buildings in New York City and this is one of the best. The common areas are always clean, the staff is friendly and maintenance is always performed quickly. The staff is friendly and remember your name.
