303 East 83rd has been my home for about 3 years now. The building is situated in the lovely Upper East Side, smack dab in the middle of amazing restaurants, bars, shopping and movie theaters....and just a few Avenues over is The Met and Central Park. In regards to the service, everyone from the Concierge at the front door, to the management staff and the service team - I just can't brag about them enough. Since day 1 I've felt like I've been home and it's thanks to the amazing staff here. If anything goes wrong in the apartment, the service manager and his team fix it extremely quickly - I have never had to ask twice..which in NYC that means so much! With Equity Residential, you can submit service requests online (as well as pay rent, reserve amenities, etc) which speeds up thew process very much. I hope to keep 303 East 83rd as my home for years to come.
