Lovely hotel with friendly staff and huge comfortable beds. Just be prepared to take a cab everywhere as this hotel is in on the edge of Manhattan and everything seems an age away.

Had two meals from here while staying at the hotel it's in . Dinner, delivered via room service, was wrong, twice, as well as literally raw (not by design). Breakfast the following morning in the restaurant was not great, VERY expensive, and took over 30 minutes to arrive. Need I say more?

PLEASANT SURPRISE; We were guests at a dinner for 15 and thought they handled it very well. Private room with loads of windows was comfortable. Staff was terrific, one even sang Happy Birthday.....he's a singer who works as a waiter and was great. Skirt Steak & Mashed Potatoes, excellent as was lemon merangue tart.

Excellent service and magnificent food. You must try the Mac ‘n Cheese. Other worthy options are the Lobster Bisque, Crab Cake and Tuna Tartare.

easter buffet 2009 was half what is was in 2008 for the same $75. service was awful. we shall not return.
