THE WORST!! Buy from the competition. They did not deliver on time and then did not take responsibility for their delay and then LIED about getting this daybed needed for my infirm 85 year old Dad delivered when I spoke with customer service representative. This company took no ownership of this problem and then were rude. This was the worst customer service experience I've had in more than a decade. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your precious time with this no good company.

2K Furniture Designs is the BEST!!!! place to buy anything you need....
They service you like the queen of England herself........

They send damaged bed- DID NOT wanted to pay for the fee to send it back - which is very heavy
Is have been 18 days with a DAMAGED BED in my living room - didn't want to send label or help-
BUT OFFERED SMALL OVEN TOAST! so if you are looking to get a toast it will probably work for you - IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BUY FURNITURE DON'T ADD STRESS TO YOU LIFE AND BUY OTHER COMPANY!

The family I work for purchased a trundle bed from 2K which promptly fell off its wheels, damaging the hardwood floor in the process. When we sought a refund, we were told the bed could only be replaced, not refunded. We explained that we were not happy with the defective bed and wished to shop for another elsewhere--the floor is already ruined and we can't afford another, similar incident. I was told that 2K would consult with the vendor about our refund, and while awaiting their reply, I discovered that the Better Business Bureau already shows 14 complaints filed against this business--many describing similar experiences, stating that the company told them something similar and then disappeared. I've followed up twice since I was told 2K would "consult with the vendor" with no reply. I was hesitant even to write this review, because up until this point the rep we'd been working with had been very responsive and helpful.

FedEx was being difficult in delivering and I called the customer service and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. Joe was very helpful, fixed all of my issues in less than 24 hours including getting my item to me and left me as a very happy customer. I would recommend 2k Furniture to anyone, their customer service is above and beyond and they offer quality products. Very happy.
