We moved in when the building opened and have had nothing but good experiences. Amenities are top notch, building staff is super friendly, and the apartments have great high end finishes. Would definitely recommend.

I would be happy to recommend the building to anyone looking for affordable luxury high rise living. 27 on 27th is more than just a place to rest your head, but it is a home and a lifestyle.

27 on 27 has become much more than a luxury building it has been a small community of neighbors and staff, all of whom are wonderful and friendly.
