I have lived here for less than a year and am already moving out. Not only are the rent prices OUT OF CONTROL ($2850 for a small studio), but they charge for EVERYTHING additional - bike storage, convenience fees, parking, paying rent with a credit card, using the rooftop or party room for more than 4 people, pets, etc. Do NOT live in this building. You will regret it. Not ONLY are the fees and rent prices through the roof, but none of the employees ever has a straight and consistent answer about anything. It is a completely unorganized, cheaply built, and price-gouging building. I suggest if you want a luxury building in Williamsburg, I would say that any place is better than this building.
