I was given the bait and switched when I signed up. I was told I could pay for the membership in full AFTER I signed up. This is the only way my company can reimburse me for the membership. After I signed up I was then told I could NOT pay for the membership in full. All 3 managers: Daryl, Kathy and the GM Niema promised me call backs, resolution, etc. Never happened. I will begin looking for a new gym today.

Went there at 5 am (22 minutes ago) and they refused to sell me a day pass until 7am. I have been using different gyms every weekend to see which one best fits my training before I get a membership. I will never step foot into a 24 hour fitness again, I think steel gym will get my membership. Calling yourself 24 hour fitness, advertising as open 24 hours and then denying the general public is absolutely ridiculous.
