Service was very slow and impersonal. The equipment isn't bad.

Printed free pass to try the gym out but was welcomed with a sales guy who asked $25 before even talking about the Gym. Clearly false advertisement on their web site where there is no mention of a fee. How do you expect me to become a member after this attitude???

Great Gym , BAD corporate service , they promise to help reduce your rate and then they lie ending up charging your bank a higher rate , once you call to figure things out they so unwilling to help and all they do is cancel members out, whatever their loss , LA fitness here I come ... 29.99 a month access to all locations NOT bad

Love this gym by the way. However I took a guest before at 11:05pm and Michael Hammond an onlder man. He is one of the supervisors that works at night. He was very rude and said guests can only enter before 11 and I simply asked him if he could make an exeption since we were only a few minutes late and he yelled at me like if I was his kid. " I told you already no gusets after 11" it was very inapropriate and rude. Other people were looking at us since he was so loud and obnoxious. Terrible experience. I will not be renewing my membership

I joined this gym because the place has hot tub and shower booth.

HOWEVER

1. since last november, No bubble in the hot tub.

2. In the shower booth area.
1) Shower heads are broken and dirty.
2) the holder/ hanger are broken in shower booth/ and out
3) Valves, I don't know which way to turn for hot water/ cold water. also broken.

3. In the Running machine area. 80% machines has damages
1) no water bottle holder
2) handles are broken ( rubber parts came out)
3) cell phone/mp3 holder broken
4) No TV on the machine
5) sticky gums are in the bottle holders

This gym is expensive to have service, more than 60 bucks per month but the services are terrible.

I don't recommend this gym to join.

I will update the pictures, If they don't fix it.
