I live here.
A few facts:
- Built in 1985. Renovation complete in 2012/2013.
- Walls are not thin, but some noises travel. You can definitely hear your neighbor sneeze/cough, babies cry, some mumbled conversations. But overall, it's generally pretty quiet especially because a lot of families live here and they don't party late, etc.
- They have a laundry service (wash, dry cleaning, fold, ironing, etc) in addition to the laundry room. Usually ~$10 per wash.
- Pool, gym, rooftop, lobby. All well maintained.
- A few blocks from subway lines 1, R, 4 and 5.
- One block away from Hudson!
The management team here is really good. They don't always do an A+ job, but they are attentive and do their best.
The only downside of this place is that the common charges are pretty high. =(
