I would give this place a 0 but a 1 is the lowest. I got three tattoos at this location. The first two turned out very nicely done. Between 2014 and 2015 the business came under new management: the previous owners son. The price you receive is twice the price you should pay. There is a paper on the wall saying that there is a 100 dollar minimum, half of which goes to the new owner. My last tattoo has started to come off within a month of getting it so that it looks like I did it myself with a pen, and is dramatically uneven.
If you can go somewhere, make sure it is not this place.
