I purchased a vintage Clash puzzle on Ebay from John that he represented as 100% complete. It wasn't and he refused to provide a refund. I would avoid doing business with him. More than happy to provide copies of previous emails I received concerning this transaction after we hear his rebuttal. John if you are willing to accept the product back and provide me a refund would be more than happy to recant. Kind of funny how the last time you responded to negative reviews was 8 months ago and coincidentally 8 months ago for the first time two 5 star reviews showed up one of whom, Stefan Decarlo, hasn't reviewed anyone but you? Are we supposed to believe those are real?

I've dealt with John on a few occasions during last 2 years and every time I have had a very positive, no nonsense experience. I highly recommend 21st Century Music!

Absolutely worth it. The owner John is clearly knowledgeable & fair. Hes straight forward and offered me more than any other buyer in the tri-state area. Bottom line, it's worth showing him any of your vintage goods/coins/vinyl etc.

Owners John & Jim are rude and take their customers for fools. I walked in with a series of vintage toys and both seemed interested. I researched all my items, considering their condition they were valued at approximately $250. I expected to sell them for around $100. These guys offered $15 for ALL of them. After they asked me what I wanted for them, and instead asked them to make me an offer, their tone changed... what they were doing was test my knowledge on what I had. They lied to my face and said my toy cars were made in China, assuming I didn't know what I had. The toys I brought in included Tootsie toy Trucks, Corgi, Dinky, and Matchbox Super Kings. They told me they'd sell them at the flea market for $1 a piece. I asked them if they sold on eBay and Jim said "no". Flat out lied to me, I found out that they have multiple eBay accounts and that's were they sell our valued items that they are buying from unsuspecting victims at extremely low prices. Please, DO NOT, sell your valuables to these two cheats. I ended up calling a couple of other places and eventually sold my items for $120. These guys are scam artists. SELLER BEWARE!!!
