I have used this car service a few times now and I'd just like to say that this company has exceeded my expectations on what a car service is supposed to be like. Their cars are clean and well kept, the drivers and dispatchers were courteous and very helpful with me. I was surprised when i found out how affordable they are (better than Uber and a few other car services in the area). They came early and the driver was very nice and helped me with my suitcases. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest, safe travel experience and nice people who make sure everything is just as you wanted it.

We had a customer that needed to be picked up from JFK airport, which we were supposed to pick up. Unfortunately my salesman called in sick, and left me only an hour to figure out a way to pick them up. We called 201TAXICAB, and told them our satiation. They knew our situation, but gave us an unbelievable rate, even though it was during peak time and we were in a bind. They didn't take advantage of us, and were extremely professional and courteous. They were there on time, even though we gave them close to no notice, and were extremely kind to our customers. They whole situation, which was close to being a nightmare, become a smooth transaction. The customers where happy with there service, and they saved our sale. Thank you so much for your service, and not for taking advantage of us when we were in a jam. You guys are the best.
