Went here on a friday between 7-8 and to enjoy their happy hour that lasts till 9pm- Half off all beer, wine and well drinks. This place has a relaxed dive feel to it even in the heat of their happy hour. Read, not crowded and an attentive bartender. I could see this place as a great stagging ground to meet up with a group of friends before dining somewhere in the LES, which is exactly what I did. Put my name down at LES tacqueria and then drank here while waiting.
