200 Dry Cleaners & Laundry Service

This dry cleaning service is terrible. They lost two of my items and have been completely unresponsive to my contact attempts for a month, on the two ocassions that I have been able to speak to the owner he has been rude, raising his voice at me and has been absolutely unaccountable. The worse part of this place and their staff is that they are rude to our building staff and constantly accused them of misplacing items only to find those items at their location a few days later. In a city with so many choices, why bother with this place?
