I loved my earlier apartment in the Upper East Side, but when my partner and I learnt that we were having another child, we decided it was time to move out of our one-bedroom. But Tribeca proved to be just as great a neighborhood for my family and me. It’s a fun community of people and my neighbors here were surprisingly friendly and helpful when we moved in; something that I had not actually seen in the UES. Our 3BR at 200 Chambers is perfect for all four of us, and all of us have really warmed up to the neighborhood.

My husband was actually planning on buying a unit at 200 Chambers Street for investment purposes, but when I looked at a three-bedroom for sale, I just had to make it my home. It's naturally in a great location in Tribeca, but the living/entertainment area was really the selling point for me. I love open concept apartments, but it's hard to find ones that can also accommodate multiple bedrooms. I have two kids and they love the living room (it's actually more of a high tech playroom for both the hubbie and kids now).
