2 Cleantopia Cleaners

I had them replace one sleeve button. The button they chose is too large compared to the others.. I am thinking they did not use the extra button supplied on the inside tail of the shirt. The button was also sewn on askew (not even with the old button position nor with the other existing 2nd button the sleeve.
The button was also sewn on too tight,so that I cannot actually get it through the button hole.

DO NOT trust Cleantopia with your dry cleaning!!! I trusted my dry cleaning to them, they ruined three of my nicest dresses (huge burned holes in the sleeves; same spot on all three dresses) and refuse to get on the phone to make it right in any way. I expected them to work through it as the employees have always been nice, but this has been going on for two weeks and no one will take or return my call. No one will help and I am left with over $1000 of damaged clothes. I am very disappointed, but PLEASE do not trust your clothes to them - I would hate for this to happen to anyone else!
