19.99 per room carpet cleaning

This is this most unprofessional service orientated businees I had ever encountered. I made an appointment earlier in the week. Somehow they were over booked and did not show up or call. I had to call them to find out what happened. I rescheduled for later in the week, I called to confirm the night before and the day of the appointment and I was assured that a tech will show up. The tech never showed up and when I called I was told that they were an exterminator service, they didnt do carpets and maybe their phone lines were crossed for the past few days. Huh????How stupid does that sound???? I guess you get what you pay for. Shoud have called Stanley Steamer from the beginning.
