Had a great experience and visit with Tom, he's a great salesman and knows his stuff. I'll be visiting again real soon.

Reasonable service, it just seems like my sales person was a bit distracted with a customer making a much larger purchase. Tip: Good service starts with one customer at a time.

I have been shopping at 17th Street photo for about 20yrs. No issues. They only sell USA version of camera & lenses which is plus.
I go to other places only if they are out of stock of item I'm looking for.
Every company has a policy to follow, some have 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks return. No one should complain if they have passed their time limit for return.

I am not sure why there are bad reviews here. My experience was great! They are honest people who took care of me. They price matched B&H and sent my camera via next day air with no additional charge to me. I also purchased a few lenses from them; one lens came in with a firmware that I could not update (FUJI). I called them they and they told me to send it back. After they received it they called me and asked me if I wanted a refund or credit. Communication was great. I highly recommend them.

They sold me a broken camera on Amazon. It was a Christmas present for my wife. Their policy is that an item must be returned within 7 days or they are not responsible for it. Because it was a Christmas present, I did not open it immediately after it was delivered to me, so the 7 day window was closed well before we opened up the camera. I tried to contact the company through Amazon, but they didn't feel the need to respond to me. I now have a useless polaroid camera and 6 rolls of film to go with it. Thanks for nothing 17th Street Photo. I hope nobody buys from this place again.
