1350 Fifteen Street

I was looking to rent here but ended up having a horrible experience with new management where he kept changing his words and procrastinating. I found out that another co-worker also had the similar experience. Be warned.

I never recommend this place ever!

This place is AWFUL!!!! First off the property Manager D--na Don't even talk to her because she'll take that and talk s**t about you behind your back and act nice in front of you and oh yeah if there is a problem and you go talk to her about it she's the innocent one and the victim and oh she did nothing wrong!!!! Cockroaches everywhere. Even though they have a list where you can sign up to get fumigation it doesn't help!!! Roaches everywhere-One even fell on top of my head in the elevator!!! Out of the light fixtures. Oh yeah and although everyone in the building knows this they want you to keep this a secret so they don't look bad. They don't even maintain the building correctly and water leaks everywhere. From the showers to the windows-you can forget about it when it rains or snows. Its like living in wet hell. I had to roll up towels and put them on the window sills to keep the rain from leaking in. When I put a work order in to get it fixed they said they couldn't do anything about it. Oh and the ceiling leaked onto my bed one day when there was a thunderstorm. They couldn't do anything about it either so they told me to move the bed and put a bucket there until it stopped. What is that? The apartment is one of the worst I ever lived in and If I tell you all the issues I've had here it would be as long as a book. All they care about is money and ripping you off any way they can so if youre looking for an apartment I highly recommend looking somewhere else!
If you do decide to live here I HIGHLY suggest getting a good lawyer.
