One fine restaurant, it is our go to place in the Slope. The menu is not large but the food is always fresh and prepared perfectly. I like the skirt steak, salmon or one of the specials. The wine list is complementary to the foods being served. The waiters are responsive to your requests. Oh, and did I tell you ask for John...a delightful person, enjoy!

I've walked by 12th Street Bar and Grill for years and only recently visited for brunch. I had the burger, medium, with onion frizzles and fries. It was one of my top Brooklyn burgers. From the perfectly melted and freshly-shredded Vermont cheddar to the flaky bun, I had to eat every single bit.
Definitely try the sriracha breakfast cocktail, it's just the perfect blend of spicy and refreshing.

Have you ever been to a place that's fake fancy? Well this place is it.
The server was not attentive and forgot to put in our appetizer. Food was OK but over priced. And the ambiance made me feel like I was in a retirement home.

I started eating here years ago before everyone had a smart phone with Instagram and were reviewing restaurants everywhere. I remember my first meal was the hanger steak and it was awesome. Next I remember having the chicken BLT which was also pretty amazing - back then.
The food now isn't as good as I remember. My friends agree. The bartenders are awesome, though.

12th Street Bar and Grill is a great local Brooklyn bar! It is an easy go-to spot for friends and family, and I often stop in by myself for a burger or for some of their delicious mussels. The environment is relaxed, service is warm, and the crowd isn't ever too overwhelming, although they do get busy. I would highly recommend this place!
