My name is Michael Millare, Registered Nurse. I underwent bilateral hip replacements last year. I am extremely pleased that I chose Triumph Physical Therapy to assist me with my physical rehabilitation needs. Brandon was my primary Physical Therapist. He was excellent! He was skillful, competent, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He helped me lose my assistive devices very quickly so I could ambulate independently. He also eased my pain and anxiety. Sheraz also treated me and was equally excellent. Brandon and Sheraz demonstrated teamwork, respect (for each other and for the patients) and compassion. I would like to thank the rest of the staff, namely, Gladys, Noemi, Alejandra and Alejandra. You were all wonderful humane human beings. Gladys was always calm, collected, and eager to extend a helping hand. She was a marvelous multi-tasker. She managed the phone: scheduled and reshceduled patients, talked to insurance companies, faxed documents, coordinated services with the Physical Therapists and much more. However, as busy as she was, she was always present for the patients and their needs. As a health care professional, I highly recommend Triumph Physical Therapy, 118 th Street, because the staff are competent, caring and compassionate. Keep up the excellent work that you all do.

I am a survivor of brain tumor surgery and had subsequent problems with balance, severe pain in shoulder, weakness, tingling and could barely stand on my own. Sheraz Syed with Triumph LIC is my therapy angel. 5 months later his knowledge, experience, devotion to my success, and sense of humor are a huge part of my recovery. He was always introducing new techniques to keep me motivated, he explained what we were doing and why and expected the very best from me even if it meant playing catch on one leg. Sheraz never left my side during our workouts which aided in building my confidence. My shoulder pain is gone, and I no longer walk into walls.
