101 West End Apartments

Love living here. The building is always so clean and the staff is very helpful and nice here. I love my apartment and it has the best view of the city and Hudson River. My neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is great. I'm close to the Riverside waterfront park and love the grocery store right in the building. I'm very happy here and it feels like home. Will definitely stay as long as I can.

first off i cant believe they allow an unprofessional, unconcerned, un-everything negative i can think of Azzhole like TOM CYGANOVICH to manage a building, because i'm sure he cant manage to put on his tampons (yes he is a bitch)... i cant keep track off the doorman because they keep getting fired, not because they arent good at what they do but because the manager's (TOM CYGANOVICH) WAS ON HIS PERIOD. the maintenance manger doesnt know how to speak english (he sounds like a motorboat when he speaks). leasing process was cool, handyman are cool, cleaning people are extremely helpful and pleasant, gym is nice, elevators break often, everyone has either a dog or kid, they use the park outside and sidewalk for dogs and the lobby for kids, laundry has long lines on weekends, tacky hallways and lobby AND DID I MENTION TOM IS A BITCH.

Community Manager is the absolute worst. Management in general is a disgrace to all new york city residents.

Building bland. Doormen turnover monthly due to managers power trips.

People move out weekly by the dozens..
