Went there tonight aug 6 2016
Was planning on sending alot of money and leave a great tip
Inside place is very nice
I had 7. Buds for 6 dollars a pop not bad
Then I ordered chicken wings
15 dollars for 6 wings almost criminal
And not very good
I was alone so I sat at bar
2 pretty asian girls where bartending
But not very friendly
I am white and I expect the bartender to be smiling and friendly
Every time I ask one for a beer or a question
I got the feeling that I was bothering them
I think that the girls could make so much more tips if they tried to be more friendly
Part of this I think is they probaly make alot from room service that the small bar is not a priority
Even told manager and it never got better
Mgr acted like he could not care
Even told waitress to smile and she could get better tips and still nothing
Maybe they dont care about business from whites as i was only one there
But they could get more americans with friendlier service
I left without tioping
And i would have tipped 40 dollars with better service
Good place if you dont care about unfriendly bartender
Even told mgr i was planning on writind a review and He did not seem to care

I like this place because it's chill for the most part. The bartenders are friendly if you're friendly, and will sometimes cut you a 20% discount if you're a regular. The room prices are fair, the computer's English song inventory is fairly ok for a mainly Chinese place, and the drinks are strong. I like sitting at the bar and warbling out my favorite tunes-- unlike other KTV joints, they're free here.

Music selection is not bad. Plenty of room availability to suit your group size. The karaoke price is not steep, so most people end up buying things from their food and drinks menu.

They won't allow you to bring your own food, they will come into your room to check on you if you brought food! Only allowed to buy food from THEM, which is super expensive! Only 2 mic's?! Really?! A lot of songs that I want, they don't even have! Damn...

So I came here only to get the cute margaritas served in the Patron bottles - which by the way were over $30 each. They were good, but not necessarily strong. I went on Valentine's day weekend - not only was it a little packed (understandably), but it was freezing! There isn't a whole lot of seating here because the place isn't so big. Unfortunately, we were seated right in front of the door. Between the draft and the traffic, it was a little uncomfortable. The food from the grill was yummy, and the enchiladas suizas were okay (I've had better). I would honestly only go back for another margarita - as long as the bottles aren't old and faded and the drinks are mixed a little better.
